On June 24, 2026, everything at Drache revolved around health, well-being, and community engagement. Under the motto \u201cSmall Steps\u2014Big Impact,\u201d we held this year\u2019s Health Day\u2014featuring a diverse program that encouraged our employees to take active steps to improve their physical and mental health. <\/p>

A Wide Range of Options for Greater Well-Being<\/b><\/p>

Our colleagues could choose from a wide range of activities\u2014from cardio stress tests and relaxation exercises to information sessions on quitting smoking and self-care. The goal was to provide simple, practical tips for everyday life that can contribute to greater balance and better health in the long term. The hands-on activities, where participants could try out practical exercises right away\u2014such as short relaxation techniques for the workday or personalized assessments of their stress levels\u2014were particularly popular. <\/p>

Special thanks go to our partners, AOK<\/a> and Diakonie Rhein-Lahn<\/a>, whose professional expertise, advice, and interactive activities contributed significantly to the success of the day.<\/p>

Enjoyment and conversation in a relaxed atmosphere<\/b><\/p>

There was also plenty of opportunity for personal interaction: During lunch together, all participants were able to meet and network in a relaxed atmosphere. The Limburg-based caterer Little Kitchen<\/a> provided the food, impressing everyone with fresh bowls that could be customized to individual tastes, thus creating a healthy and very delicious setting. <\/p>

Sustainable Inspiration for Everyday Work
<\/b><\/p>

Health Day has once again shown how important it is to consciously set aside time for yourself and develop new ways of dealing with stress and pressure. Much of what was covered can be easily integrated into your daily work routine\u2014in keeping with our motto: Even small steps can have a big impact. <\/p>
