Highest quality standard
To provide you with the highest quality standards, we constantly develop our own products further, in collaboration with institutes and research facilities. As early as 1989, we introduced the duplex filter, which combines two porosities in one filter. Other established in-house developments include Ceralu® Al2O3 filters, Cerazirk® ZrO2 filters and Cerasic® NG filters. In solid ceramics, our in-house materials: Drache Fused Silica and Fused Silica Fine are proven solutions in the industry.
Systems for aluminum foundries
We offer you a wide range of systems for aluminum foundries. This includes filter boxes and launder systems for continuous aluminum casting, as well as transport crucibles for aluminum foundries. The relining of deep-bed filters and degassers is part of our “all-inclusive” service package. We also cover the complete range of plant engineering services. We are at your side from the initial conceptual design and creation of 3D drawings through to installation and commissioning on site.
Drache fused silica
Our materials continuously improve our customers’ production processes. Their most important properties are outstanding thermal shock resistance, low thermal conductivity, excellent resistance to alloys, strength and abrasion resistance. Our materials are Drache Fused Silica and Drache Fused Silica Fine as well as DBN (Drache Boron Nitride) and DKS (Drache Calcium Silicate).
