Drache degassers provide efficient degassing of molten aluminum using argon, with the option of adding chlorine via MBS purging systems. The temperature in the degassing chambers is controlled by immersion heaters. The scope of delivery for a Drache degasser also includes the associated gas control system and the electrical cabinet. Custom designs are available to make the best use of the available space in the foundry.
