Diez HR network visits Drache
HR managers from Diez meet every three months to discuss current HR topics, exchange ideas and support each other. This network means an incredible amount to Drache – because genuine cohesion and open dialog make the local HR community strong.
This time, Drache Umwelttechnik GmbH had the pleasure of hosting and entertaining the group. It was a great opportunity to work together on solutions in a pleasant atmosphere, share experiences and take away new ideas.
A tour of our production facilities was also particularly exciting, during which we presented our products and provided an insight into our manufacturing process. This enabled us to clearly show how Drache Umwelttechnik GmbH works, what is behind our processes and what personnel requirements may be generated as a result.
