Porvair plc acquires all shares
Porvair plc has acquired all shares in Drache Umwelttechnik GmbH. Drache will be integrated into the Metal Melt Quality division of Porvair plc, which already includes SELEE Corporation. The aim of this integration is to establish a close collaboration between Drache and SELEE to further strengthen our positions as leading specialists in aluminum filtration technology.
